Fourth Year Apprentice

Tate is a dedicated fourth-year apprentice known for his hard work and determination on the building site. With a natural ability to connect with his peers, he’s become a friend to everyone, fostering a friendly and collaborative environment. His signature facial hair adds a unique flair to the site, showcasing his stylish personality. As a mentee to Locky, Tate is always eager to learn and grow, while also stepping up as an encouraging mentor to Harry, supporting him through his learning. His passion for the trade and his positive attitude make him an invaluable member of the team.

First Year Apprentice

Harry is a dedicated first-year apprentice with a passion for construction and a contagious smile that brightens the worksite. Known for his friendly "How are you going?" to everyone who steps onto the site, he creates a welcoming atmosphere that encourages teamwork and camaraderie. After completing a school-based apprenticeship with Maven Building Company, Harry discovered his love for the trade and decided to further his journey by officially starting his first-year apprenticeship.
